Week 1:

I was fairly nervous at first because I almost had no idea how to even work the cash register. After seeing my mom use the machine and take care of few customers, I decided to give it a try. My personally thought that my first experience was fairly normal since I did everything correctly at pretty decent speed. It was very interesting to talk with many new people but most of the people that I have met was very patient with me which was very nice. During the slow hours, I usually end up day dreaming or listening to music until a customer shows up. It was weird but I enjoyed having people come in since time passed faster when I was actually working with customers. Sometimes people wait for my mom to do their quick alterations so I got a chance to meet and talk to several people that my introduced me to.

Week 2:

I was still bit rusty with the cash register since I did not work on for the weekend but quickly picked up from my practice during last week. I was noticeably much quicker with the cash register as well as writing them their rack number and date for pick up since I got to practice it for ten hours last week.  I also had the experience of returning the clothes of people who gave me their clothes last week. I think that once you start to see certain people a lot, you start to become friends with them and create an acquaintance type of relationship.

Overall it was fairly enlightening and interesting experience and much better than what I imagined.
